Cornerstone Park is a hidden gem and one of the most beautiful areas in Henderson, with 100 acres of spacious area, and a 31 acre lake perfect for bird watching. You can go for a run around the lake, sit down for a picnic, or take pictures to capture the many geese, ducks, coots, blackbirds, sandpipers, and other wildlife. We went at the perfect time of day and got to catch the sunset over the lake. It was truly gorgeous1

- Open grassy area
- Picnic tables
- Covered picnic areas
- Walking trails
- Exercise stairs
There are both paved and dirt paths and even motion sensored lighting on the paved roads for the evenings. There’s also plenty of parking, which always makes things easier. cornerstone park is the perfect place to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life and there’s definitely something for everyone at this park!
